"Without Music Life Would Be A Mistake" - Friedrich Nietzsche

Like many people, I listen to music all day, every day and I'm always looking for new stuff. I sit at work with my iPod on typing away but once I've gone through my playlist, I get the "new music" bug and hop on Amazon.
My secret is to put in an singer/band that I already like, then at the bottom Amazon has this wonderful section that says "Customers Who Bought Related Items Also Bought These" and you scroll through similar artists. It's the best thing since sliced bread. My other tool is Pandora Radio. Love it.

Here are some ladies I've been loving...

SARA HAZE
This first clip is classic. If you don't agree, you probably don't have a sense of humor. It's a little slow in the beginning, but the song makes me laugh. And yes, I sing it around the house and my husband gets a kick out of it.

"Beautiful Day" is amazing. Period. Also, look up "Lovely". You will not be disappointed.

KATE NASH
She's English and hilarious. Need I say more? I also love her songs "Merry Happy" and "The Nicest Thing".

ERIN McCARLEY
This woman can sing acoustic like no body's business. Sadly, I could not find a "good" acoustic clip on YouTube to share so we'll go with the official music video. Other superb songs are "Blue Suitcase" and "It's Not That Easy".

A FINE FRENZY
Her personality is as spunky as her red hair. The girl can sing anything. Look up "Near To You" and "Borrowed Time".

So there you have it. These ladies have been on my iPod on repeat and I love them, but if you have any suggestions for new music, I'd like to hear it! Leave a comment and I'll YouTube them right away :]
