It's OK Thursday

Its Ok Thursdays

I must admit that several things got on my nerves this week, but I'm ready to let them go because they're not worth being pissed about. Or at least that's what I'm telling myself.

It's OK...

To not want to hear ONE MORE SINGLE THING about the exotic animals killed near my hometown. We all heard the news, saw the Facebook posts and pictures and now let's move on. It's sad and tragic and you can blame whoever you want, but at the end of the day I support Jack Hanna and the sheriff's decision to put them down to protect the community. In a perfect world, the guy wouldn't have set them free then killed himself, but he did. Period.

To be angry about not being able to wear my contacts for ANOTHER 3-4 more weeks because of my "inflamed cornea", which the doctor can't figure out how I got in the first place. These glasses will be the death of me. I don't have prescription sunglasses either, so that's fun. Not.

To get blown off by someone I was VERY excited about meeting up with. Not even a phone call or email saying "I can't meet after all"... just nothing. Left me hanging & confused. Still haven't heard back actually.

To continue cheering for the Texas Rangers in the World Series, even though the Cardinals won the first game last night. Game 2 is tonight at 8pm. WATCH IT. Cheer for the Rangers.

To be bummed out about the NON-STOP rain lately. I was planning on going to the Circleville Pumpkin Show today. Now it says 70% chance of rain after work.

To go visit my "little" cousin in college this weekend and feel 100 YEARS OLD walking back into a dorm and seeing how young the freshman look.

To get impatient about the items I ordered on Amazon not shipping yet. CA'MON!

Try and go to the pumpkin festival, my sister is working the show to support the humains society and this year they are having lower than normal attendance ( i guess for the weather) take pics and post them, I would love to see some great pumpkins I am hoping they have a good festival down here (Tampa) this year but I haven't seen anything advertised yet and it is getting very close to Halloween. :(
